Sleep and stress
Sleeping under 6 hours disrupts appetite hormones (hunger goes up, fullness goes down). Chronic stress also pushes you toward fatty and sugary foods.
Ideas
- Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep at regular times, no screens before bed.
- Walking, breathing, stretching or anything relaxing helps manage stress without eating.
- Do not impose overly strict diets: they raise stress and lead to slip-ups.
